Audit Associate – Early Career (Cheltenham)

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified or part‑qualified auditor to join a growing team in Cheltenham. You will gain exposure to a diverse client portfolio and receive strong mentoring to support your progression towards full qualification.

Key responsibilities

• Support the audit team across the full audit cycle for a varied client portfolio.
• Work directly with clients in sectors such as manufacturing, food & drink, education, healthcare, not‑for‑profit and technology.
• Build professional relationships and assist in guiding apprentices and junior team members.
• Develop technical knowledge through hands‑on experience and structured learning.
• Contribute to fieldwork, testing, documentation and reporting.

Required profile

• ACCA/ACA part‑qualified or newly qualified.
• Experience in a UK accountancy practice with an audit focus.
• Confident in managing workload and meeting deadlines.
• Organised, analytical and detail‑oriented.
• Keen to develop skills and progress within audit.
