Audit & Compliance Specialist (6‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Techtronic Industries (TTI) seeks an Audit & Compliance Specialist to provide temporary support to the EMEA Finance team. The 6‑month fixed‑term position focuses on audit remediation, control enhancement, and compliance activities, ensuring continuity of key governance initiatives across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Track and follow up on outstanding audit findings and action plans.
• Liaise with process owners to secure timely resolution and maintain clear documentation.
• Support initiatives that prevent recurrence of audit issues and monitor corrective actions.
• Assist in root‑cause analysis and drive control improvements.
• Review and update company policies to align with global standards and internal governance requirements.
• Document key controls and processes, supporting periodic control reviews.
• Help identify and document risks, contributing to internal control frameworks.

Required profile

• Background in audit (Big 4, external audit) or internal audit/controls.
• Strong understanding of internal controls, risk, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience in multinational or matrix organisations is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent documentation and organisational skills.
• SAP exposure is beneficial but not mandatory.
