Key responsibilities

• Manage delivery of audit assignments across a diverse client base.
• Review audit files and provide constructive feedback to junior and semi‑senior staff.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining professional relationships.
• Support partners on complex engagements and contribute to strategic client planning.
• Lead, develop and inspire members of the audit team.
• Contribute actively to business development initiatives.
