Audit Manager – Remote (Leeds, Yorkshire)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our fast‑growing team. The role is primarily remote, based in the Leeds/Yorkshire area, with occasional client visits in the North and a visit to our Birmingham head office every 4‑6 weeks.

Key responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements for UK and European corporate clients.
• Plan, execute and finalise audit work for manager or partner review.
• Manage client relationships, organise site visits and maintain expectations.
• Identify and assess risk, produce clear work papers and highlight issues.
• Develop business opportunities and contribute to sales pipelines.
• Prepare and deliver audit findings reports with actionable recommendations.
• Oversee junior team members, delegating work and monitoring progress.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or CA qualified with solid audit experience.
• Proven experience managing an audit portfolio.
• Strong communication skills and a client‑service mindset.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to manage workload independently.
• Right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
