About the role
Our client, an award‑winning Top 100 accountancy firm in the City of London, is expanding its Audit & Accounts Department. They are looking for an Audit Semi Senior to join a supportive team and develop a career in audit.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with external audit assignments, performing fieldwork and testing.
- Lead smaller audit engagements, depending on experience.
- Draft financial statements and related audit reports.
- Identify and communicate audit findings to management and clients.
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with clients and team members.
Required profile
- Approximately half‑way through the ACA or ACCA qualification.
- Degree holder or AAT qualified.
- Minimum 18 months audit experience at a UK accountancy firm.
- Ability to travel to London at least three days per week.
