Audit Semi‑Senior – £30k‑£37k + Study Support

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious ACA or ACCA student to join our growing audit team in Reading. You will work on a diverse portfolio of SMEs and established businesses, gaining full‑cycle audit experience and clear progression opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of audit assignments for a varied client portfolio.
• Assist in preparing statutory accounts and corporation tax computations.
• Collaborate closely with seniors and managers both on‑site and in‑office.
• Build strong client relationships and develop commercial awareness.
• Provide guidance and oversight to junior team members when required.

Required profile

• Studying towards ACA or ACCA (part‑qualified or finalist level).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an audit‑focused role.
• Solid exposure to audit fieldwork and client interaction.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, team‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Caseware (audit software) – beneficial.
