About the role
We are partnering with a top‑100 UK accountancy firm to hire an Audit Senior for its North London office. The role offers hybrid working and the chance to lead audits for a diverse portfolio of owner‑managed businesses, groups and SMEs.
Key responsibilities
- Lead audit engagements from planning through to completion.
- Act as the on‑site senior and main point of contact for clients.
- Supervise and review the work of junior team members.
- Prepare and review statutory accounts under UK GAAP.
- Liaise with managers and partners on technical matters.
- Manage budgets and timelines effectively.
Required profile
- ACA or ACCA qualified or finalist.
- Experience leading audits within a UK practice environment.
- Strong working knowledge of UK GAAP and ISAs.
- Confident in managing client relationships.
- Organised, commercially aware and able to handle multiple assignments.
