Audit Senior

About the role

We are seeking an Audit Senior to join a leading chartered accountancy firm in Horsham, West Sussex. This full‑time position offers the chance to lead audit engagements from start to finish while working with a diverse client portfolio and a fast‑growing team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a range of audit assignments, managing all phases from planning to completion.
• Perform accounts and corporate tax compliance work for varied clients.
• Oversee and mentor junior team members, reviewing their work and providing guidance.
• Liaise directly with clients and internal colleagues to ensure high‑quality service.
• Work autonomously and flexibly, contributing to the firm’s rapid growth.

Required profile

• ACA or ACCA qualified, or at finalist level.
• Strong UK audit experience gained in a practice environment.
• Ambitious, self‑motivated and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
• Reside within or be willing to relocate to a commuting distance from Horsham.
