Audit Senior – Reading (Up to £54,650)

About the role

Pro-Finance, a fast‑growing internationally connected accountancy firm, is seeking an ACA or ACCA qualified Audit Senior to join its expanding Reading team. This role offers the chance to work with a broad portfolio of owner‑managed businesses, large corporates, AIM‑listed companies and not‑for‑profit organisations while benefiting from the resources and technical depth of a national player.

Key responsibilities

• Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion.
• Work closely with Managers, Directors and Partners on a varied client base.
• Supervise and mentor trainees and junior team members.
• Develop strong client relationships and deliver high‑quality service.
• Gain exposure to corporate, listed and owner‑managed businesses across multiple sectors.
• Contribute to a growing and forward‑thinking audit team.

Required profile

• ACA or ACCA qualified (or very close to qualification).
• Strong UK accountancy practice audit experience.
• Confident working directly with clients and leading audits.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ambitious, collaborative and keen to continue developing your career.
