About the role
We are seeking an Audit Senior to join a leading top‑15 chartered accountancy practice in Maidstone. You will lead audit engagements for a diverse client base, including corporates, not‑for‑profits, listed and international businesses.
Key responsibilities
- Lead audits with support from a dedicated team.
- Control each assignment to meet agreed budgets and timelines.
- Manage the audit team on‑site, ensuring high‑quality work and timely client query resolution.
- Guide and supervise junior staff members.
- Prepare statutory accounts.
- Undertake ad‑hoc consultancy assignments as required.
Required profile
- ACA or ACCA qualified, or nearing qualification.
- Extensive audit experience within a practice environment.
- Confident in delivering exceptional client service.
- Team‑player who thrives in a collaborative, family‑like culture.
- Dynamic, adaptable and able to find smart solutions.
