Auto Foam Technician

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, hands‑on Auto Foam Technician to join our Manufacturing Department. You will be responsible for operating an automated foam pouring line and ensuring a stable, high‑quality output within a regulated medical manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the automated foam pouring line to meet production targets.
• Maintain equipment to a high standard, following Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and strict quality protocols to produce consistent foam slits.
• Identify and resolve equipment faults, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Comply with health, safety, and chemical handling regulations on the shop floor.

Required profile

• Demonstrable experience in a regulated production environment.
• Good understanding of equipment fault finding and basic engineering principles.
• Ability to follow SOPs and work safely with chemicals.
• Professional attitude, strong communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work additional hours when required.
