About the role
Halfords is looking for an enthusiastic Autocare Technician Apprentice to join its Liverpool garage. You will receive a blend of virtual classroom learning and hands‑on block release weeks, gaining experience across a wide range of vehicle technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Use diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle faults.
- Test parts and systems to ensure correct operation.
- Follow checklists to examine all critical vehicle components.
- Carry out comprehensive service and inspection procedures.
- Maintain electronic systems, including on‑board entertainment.
- Complete accurate paperwork for customers and centre records.
- Keep the work environment clean and tidy.
