Automation Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an Automation Engineer to work across Goodlord’s teams, spotting manual inefficiencies and turning them into streamlined, automated solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify repetitive, low‑leverage tasks and design end‑to‑end automation workflows.
• Combine low‑code platforms (e.g., Zapier, n8n) with custom Python or JavaScript code to build robust internal automation ecosystems.
• Integrate large‑language models and other AI services via APIs to create smarter, more intuitive processes.
• Own the full lifecycle of automation projects, from scoping with non‑technical stakeholders to monitoring and maintenance.

Required profile

• Strong, hand‑written programming skills in Python or JavaScript, with the ability to read, debug and rewrite code from scratch.
• Proven experience building workflows on low‑code/no‑code platforms such as Zapier or n8n.
• Practical knowledge of connecting business systems through REST APIs and deploying AI models in production.
• Excellent communication skills to translate business problems into logical, automated solutions.
