Automotive Sales Specialist

About the role

Halfords is seeking an Automotive Sales Specialist to join its Staines‑upon‑Thames store. You will act as the primary link between customers, the store, Autocentres and Mobile Experts, ensuring a seamless motoring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell tyres, MOTs, servicing, repairs and related motoring products.
• Generate referrals to Autocentres and Mobile Expert teams to deliver complete solutions.
• Provide clear explanations of services and recommend appropriate options.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a consumer sales environment.
• Interest or experience with motoring products and services.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify technical information.
• Motivated, proactive and focused on customer satisfaction.
• Comfortable working to sales targets.
