About the role

Join the service team at Mercedes‑Benz of Dartford as an Automotive Service Advisor. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through the service journey and ensuring a high‑quality experience from appointment booking to vehicle hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding and meeting client needs.
• Manage service appointment scheduling and vehicle check‑in processes efficiently.
• Liaise with technicians to provide accurate time estimates and repair details.
• Advise customers on service options and present additional repair recommendations.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation and customer records.
• Uphold Mercedes‑Benz service standards and brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a service advisor in a busy automotive environment.
• Strong organisational ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills with a talent for building rapport.
• Right to work in the UK and a full UK manual driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Experience using service management software.

What we offer

• Starting salary of £34,000 per annum with OTE of £41,000.
