About the role

We are seeking an Automotive Technician to maintain our industry‑standard workshops, vehicles and equipment, supporting practical teaching sessions for students in Salisbury. The role offers a stable full‑time position with a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain safe, organised and fully equipped automotive workshops.
• Support practical teaching sessions and hands‑on vehicle maintenance projects.
• Assist students in developing confidence and essential motor‑vehicle skills.
• Maintain tools, equipment and ensure a professional workshop environment.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 2 or above in Motor Vehicle / Automotive Technology (or a closely related qualification).
• Practical experience in vehicle servicing, diagnostics, repair and maintenance.
