AV Field Service Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Audio‑Visual Field Service Engineer to join a small, friendly AV integrator serving blue‑chip corporate clients in London and the Home Counties. You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing faults on integrated AV systems, ensuring high customer satisfaction and system reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to service calls, diagnose faults and perform repairs on AV equipment and control systems.
• Maintain accurate paperwork, sign‑offs and service reports for each job.
• Communicate progress and resolution to end‑users in a clear, professional manner.
• Support the installation and commissioning of AV switching, videowalls and conferencing solutions.
• Participate in training and development courses to enhance technical expertise.

Required profile

• Proven experience with audio and video systems, control platforms and integrated AV solutions.
• Strong analytical skills for fault diagnostics and problem solving.
• Ability to work efficiently on‑site while keeping clients informed.
• Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship.
