AV Field Service Engineer – Residential & Marine

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Audio‑Visual Field Service Engineer to support high‑end residential, yacht and penthouse installations. The role combines remote technical assistance with occasional on‑site work abroad, delivering premium AV solutions for affluent clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for AV systems installed in luxury homes, yachts and penthouses.
• Travel overseas as needed to install, commission and troubleshoot AV and automation equipment.
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand requirements and ensure solutions meet the highest standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of installations, configurations and service reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years experience in residential AV installation and support.
• Strong client‑facing abilities and capacity to work independently.
• Legally entitled to work in the UK; no sponsorship available.
• Excellent fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills.

• Crestron control system programming and integration.
• Lutron lighting control, service and programming.
• IT home networking, Cisco setup and configuration.
