AV Installation Engineer – Bespoke Residential Integration

About the role

We are looking for an AV Installation Engineer to join a small, friendly team delivering bespoke residential AV solutions. The role involves working on high‑spec projects across London and the South East, with occasional overseas assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Install, program and commission custom audio‑visual systems for residential clients.
• Configure and integrate Crestron control platforms.
• Program Lutron lighting solutions and ensure seamless interaction with AV equipment.
• Set up and troubleshoot IT home networking as part of the integration.
• Travel to client sites, conduct on‑site testing and provide post‑installation support.
• Maintain detailed documentation and uphold the highest quality standards.

Required profile

• 3–4 years’ experience in bespoke AV installation projects.
• Hands‑on, detail‑oriented with a passion for perfection.
• Legal right to work in the United Kingdom and based in the UK.
• Willingness to travel locally and occasionally abroad.
