AV Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced AV Project Manager to lead the delivery of high‑spec audio‑visual installations for corporate, hospitality and commercial clients. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and oversee AV projects ranging from £200k to £2 million.
• Coordinate permanent and freelance installation engineers, ensuring clear communication with clients and internal teams.
• Manage procurement, logistics and on‑site installation of presentation systems, IPTV, videoconference solutions, MTRs, huddle spaces and related control equipment.
• Maintain project documentation, budgets and timelines, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering complex AV projects in corporate, hospitality or commercial environments.
• Proven ability to manage budgets up to £2 million and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong organisational skills and a track record of meeting tight timescales.
• Legal right to work in the United Kingdom.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Cisco and Poly videoconference systems.
• Proficiency in Crestron control and switching solutions.
• Knowledge of IPTV, presentation systems, MTRs and huddle‑space technologies.
• Experience with rack installation and AV signal routing.
