Aviation Account Executive - Airlines & MRO

About the role

The Aviation Account Executive will support airline and MRO customers throughout the full order lifecycle, from quotation to delivery. Working in a fast‑moving aviation aftermarket environment, you will coordinate components, suppliers and logistics to ensure timely, high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via telephone and email.
• Prepare quotations and manage orders from enquiry through to completion.
• Source aircraft components and identify suitable solutions for customer requirements.
• Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines.
• Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners and internal departments to ensure successful delivery.
• Proactively resolve challenges related to component availability, lead times and logistics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Provide regular updates and progress reports to customers.
• Support departmental sales objectives and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales management systems.
• Collaborate with colleagues across sales, operations and finance.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the aviation aftermarket, MRO, aircraft components or aerospace sector.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Confident communicator with relationship‑building skills.
• Customer‑focused and commercially aware.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Outlook.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience using Quantum, Avsight or similar aviation software.
