B2B & B2C Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a B2B & B2C Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital campaigns across e‑commerce, Amazon and personalised product channels for Tony’s Chocolonely UK. The role is hands‑on, hybrid‑based in Richmond, London and reports to the Digital Communications Lead.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the UK Shopify website, including product merchandising and seasonal launches.
• Plan, deliver and optimise SEO, GEO and AEO activities to grow organic traffic for both B2B and B2C e‑commerce.
• Develop and execute the CRM content calendar for B2C, B2B and reseller audiences, using Klaviyo and transitioning to HubSpot.
• Grow and retain the email subscriber base through partnership campaigns and event‑driven lead generation.
• Run end‑to‑end Amazon campaigns, including creative briefings, content uploads, product page enhancements and ongoing optimisation.
• Manage HFSS‑compliant paid acquisition campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn and Google to drive sales of e‑commerce and personalised chocolate products.
• Coordinate internal and external content briefings for website, Amazon and campaign assets, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
• Analyse performance data across website, CRM, SEO and paid campaigns and provide actionable insights.

Required profile

• Hands‑on digital marketer with a focus on e‑commerce growth.
• Experience managing Shopify sites and Amazon seller‑central content.
• Proven ability to run SEO and paid‑media campaigns in a regulated food environment.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setting and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
