B2B Sales Development Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a confident communicator to join a thriving B2B business in Swindon as a Sales Development Coordinator. You will work within a busy commercial team, helping to generate new business opportunities and support the field sales force.

Key responsibilities

• Contact businesses to introduce services, understand their needs and identify potential opportunities.
• Arrange qualified meetings and manage diaries for the commercial team.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity logs in internal systems.
• Support ongoing commercial campaigns and ensure opportunities are followed up effectively.
• Provide administrative assistance to keep the commercial function running smoothly.

Required profile

• Experience in a customer‑facing, administration, sales support or commercial environment.
• Confident telephone communicator with strong rapport‑building skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Proactive, enthusiastic and able to manage workload towards agreed objectives.

• Permanent full‑time contract (37.5 hours per week).
• Salary £26,000‑£27,000 per annum plus bonus.
• Monday‑Friday office‑based role (8:30 am‑5:00 pm).
