Back of House Kitchen Team Member (Part‑time)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Back of House Nandocas to join our Addlestone restaurant. In this part‑time position you will help prepare and cook Nando’s signature PERi‑PERi meals while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, grill and assemble menu items to Nando’s quality standards.
• Set up workstations at the start of each shift and close them down at the end.
• Perform deep cleaning and ensure hygiene standards are met.
• Follow fire safety, health and safety, and food hygiene procedures.
• Support the team by handing over stations and maintaining a smooth workflow.

Required profile

• Passion for food and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work flexible part‑time shifts.
• Team‑oriented attitude and reliability.

Required skills

• Basic cooking and grilling techniques.
• Understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
