Back of House Team Member (Nandoca)

About the role

Join Nando's as a Back of House Nandoca and help create the signature PERi-PERi meals that delight our guests. No prior experience is required – we provide full training for enthusiastic team members who are ready to learn.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, grill and assemble meals to Nando's high quality standards.
• Set up, maintain and close down clean, safe and fully operational workstations.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks to meet Nando's hygiene expectations.
• Follow fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene and restaurant security procedures.

Required profile

• Passion for food service and willingness to learn on the job.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Required skills

• Basic food preparation and grilling techniques.
• Understanding of health, safety and hygiene standards in a kitchen.
