About the role
Join Nando's in Darlington as a Back of House Team Member. In this part‑time position you will help prepare and cook our signature PERi‑PERi meals, ensuring every guest enjoys a high‑quality dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Cook, grill and assemble meals to Nando's standards.
- Set up, maintain and safely close down workstations each shift.
- Perform deep cleaning of kitchen areas to meet hygiene standards.
- Follow fire safety, health and safety, and food hygiene procedures.
Required profile
- No prior experience required – a passion for food and willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and collaborate with a team.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
