Bag Designer – Luxury Fashion

About the role

AllSaints is seeking a talented Bag Designer to join its East London Studios. You will be responsible for researching, developing, and delivering men’s and women’s bag collections that reflect the brand’s distinctive aesthetic.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Development to approve fabrics and garments for production.
• Support fit sampling and provide clear feedback to vendors.
• Mentor and manage junior assistants.
• Conduct strong research and create designs under direction from the Creative Director and Head of Design.
• Produce pattern cuts, 3D mock‑ups, and technical specifications for bags and hardware.
• Prepare and issue tech packs, swatches, and layout specifications to factories.
• Make independent decisions while consulting senior designers as needed and meet critical path deadlines.

Required profile

• Established designer with a passion for leather and bag design.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to design within price points.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Pattern cutting expertise.
