Bakery Manager – Belsize Park

About the role

Gail's is looking for a Bakery Manager to lead its Belsize Park outlet. You will create a positive environment for both the team and the neighbourhood, driving high standards and strategic execution every day.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and inspire the bakery team, setting clear daily goals.
• Plan and execute operational strategies to meet sales and quality targets.
• Maintain product quality, hygiene and health‑and‑safety standards.
• Problem‑solve and manage day‑to‑day changes and challenges.
• Oversee inventory, stock control and waste reduction.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Required profile

• Passionate about baking and community‑focused hospitality.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Strategic thinker with a focus on execution and results.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Accountable, reliable and able to adapt to a fast‑moving environment.
