Band 4 Physiotherapy Assistant Practitioner – MSK & Breast Care

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Band 4 Physiotherapy Assistant Practitioner to join a dynamic physiotherapy team delivering services across Musculoskeletal (MSK) and Breast Care pathways. You will work alongside registered physiotherapists and a multidisciplinary team to provide patient‑centred care.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver delegated physiotherapy interventions under the guidance of registered physiotherapists.
• Support assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of patients with musculoskeletal conditions.
• Assist in the management of pre‑ and post‑operative orthopaedic and breast surgery patients.
• Educate and motivate patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records.
• Contribute to service development, quality improvement and patient experience initiatives.
• Support the safe and effective running of clinics and therapy areas.
