Band 4 Team Administrator – Zinnia Centre

About the role

The Band 4 Team Administrator will provide essential administrative support for the ICRT within the Zinnia Centre, ensuring smooth clinical appointment and record‑keeping services. Working closely with the Team Manager and partner agencies, you will act as a key point of contact and help maintain accurate data across multiple systems.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and maintain reliable patient data in the RIO computer system.
• Provide support and training to administrative staff on the RIO system and related IT tools.
• Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external agencies, including probation, courts, police and PCTs.
• Assist the Team Manager with delegated administrative tasks and day‑to‑day service control.
• Interpret, analyse and share relevant data reports across BSMHFT treatment providers.
• Ensure high‑accuracy data entry and uphold confidentiality standards.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently within broad guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
• Proactive attitude towards supporting clinical treatments and administrative processes.
