About the role
We are recruiting an experienced Band 5 Community Nurse to support a well‑established NHS Community Service across the North West. This full‑time, ongoing contract offers consistent weekday hours and the chance to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality nursing care to patients in their homes and community settings.
- Undertake scheduled community visits and manage individual caseloads.
- Work autonomously while maintaining excellent standards of patient care.
- Collaborate with other health professionals to ensure coordinated care.
Required profile
- Previous community nursing experience.
- Valid NMC registration.
- Full UK driving licence and business insurance.
- Ability to work independently and excellent communication skills.
- Availability to work Monday‑Friday.
Required skills
- EMIS (electronic medical record system) proficiency.
