Band 5 Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP)

About the role

Day Webster is recruiting an experienced Band 5 Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to support an NHS client in the South East. The role starts as soon as possible on a minimum six‑month contract, with the possibility of extension. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility for alternative patterns for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver psychological wellbeing interventions to NHS patients in line with service standards.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Adhere to contractual hours and any agreed shift patterns.

Required profile

• Qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) or eligible for accreditation with BPS/BABCP.
• Relevant experience working in mental health or NHS settings.
• Commitment to a minimum six‑month contract with potential for extension.
