Band 6 Team Sister / Therapist

About the role

The Band 6 Team Sister / Therapist provides senior clinical leadership within community health services in Gravesend. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will deliver high‑quality patient care, support service development and ensure compliance with NHS standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, and person‑centred care to adult and child service users.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff, promoting best practice and continuous learning.
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and social care professionals to develop integrated care plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure adherence to governance and risk management policies.
• Contribute to service improvement initiatives and audit activities.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse or qualified Therapist with Band 6 level experience.
• Proven experience in community health or similar settings.
• Strong leadership, communication and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a diverse caseload.
