About the role

As a Band 7 Advanced/Extended Nurse Practitioner you will join HCRG Care Group’s team, primarily based at Livingstone Community Hospital in Dartford with occasional travel to the Urgent Care Navigation Hub in Strood. The role offers a supportive environment where you will be valued as an ANP.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver advanced and extended nursing care to patients at Livingstone Community Hospital.
• Support urgent‑care services at the Navigation Hub in Strood as required.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high‑quality community health services.
