Band 7 Sonographer – Contract Opportunities

About the role

Day Webster is recruiting experienced Band 7 Sonographers for a range of contract positions across Hertfordshire. Roles cover General & Gynaecology, Musculoskeletal (MSK) and female‑only clinics, offering immediate start dates and flexible working arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform high‑quality ultrasound examinations in General, Gynaecology and MSK specialties.
• Produce accurate reports and communicate findings to the clinical team.
• Maintain equipment, adhere to infection control standards and ensure patient safety.
• Support clinic schedules by delivering timely imaging services.

Required profile

• Qualified sonographer with relevant UK registration.
• Demonstrated experience in at least one of the specified specialties.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced clinical environment.
• Willingness to undertake contract work outside IR35.
