About the role
As a Bank Care Assistant in a Barchester care home, you will support residents to enjoy each day by providing high‑quality personal care, companionship and assistance with daily living. The role is flexible, covering shifts as needed for annual or sick leave, offering a varied and rewarding experience.
Key responsibilities
- Assist residents with food, drink and personal care according to individual care plans.
- Provide one‑to‑one time and companionship to promote wellbeing.
- Support daily living activities and ensure a safe, comfortable environment.
