About the role
As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you will support residents in daily living activities, provide companionship, and help create a warm, caring environment. The role offers flexible, on‑call shifts to cover annual leave, sick leave, or other staffing needs.
Key responsibilities
- Assist residents with food, drink and personal care according to care plans.
- Provide one‑to‑one time and emotional support to promote wellbeing.
- Follow established care procedures and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
Required profile
- Previous experience caring for older people.
