About the role
Join Agincare’s care home team in Swindon as a Bank Care Assistant. This part‑time, flexible position lets you support residents with daily care while gaining fully funded training and qualifications.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality personal care and support to residents.
- Assist with medication administration and accurate record‑keeping.
- Support daily living activities, routines, and social engagement.
- Build meaningful relationships and offer companionship.
- Promote dignity, independence, and well‑being of residents.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver person‑centred care.
Required profile
- Previous care experience is required.
- Kind, compassionate and motivated to help others.
- Patient, good with people and able to work flexible day, night and weekend shifts.
- Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (no sponsorship offered).

- Bank positions with day and night shifts available.
