Bank Children's Community Carer – Flexible Shifts

About the role

As a Bank Children’s Community Carer you will provide compassionate, child‑centred care to children with complex medical needs in their homes and community settings. The role offers flexible, self‑booked shifts and a supportive environment that values your wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective care to children in their homes and community, following the delegated plan of the Named Nurse.
• Identify and act on safeguarding concerns using appropriate procedures.
• Maintain competence in clinical skills, emergency procedures, escalation and resuscitation.
• Support children’s development in partnership with families and the multidisciplinary team.
• Help create a safe, stimulating environment and accurately record the child’s condition.
