About the role
Join Sanctuary Supported Living as a Bank Concierge, providing a warm, welcoming first point of contact for young people in our Hartlepool service. You’ll be part of a compassionate, community‑focused team that puts people first every day.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers and direct queries as the first point of contact.
- Build positive relationships and support customers to develop life skills.
- Respond calmly to emergencies or challenging situations.
- Help organise and run occasional social activities.
- Carry out basic health and safety checks and maintain security.
Required profile
- Experience supporting young people or vulnerable adults.
- Ability to stay composed in challenging situations.
- Good communication skills.
- Confidence using IT systems.
