About the role

The NHS Ayrshire and Arran is seeking a Bank Domestic Assistant to join the Domestic Services Department at Ayrshire Central Hospital. This permanent position supports the delivery of a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a range of housekeeping and cleaning duties across hospital areas to high standards.
• Use industrial cleaning equipment safely and effectively.

Required profile

• Physically fit and able to meet the demands of a healthcare cleaning role.

Required skills

• Experience with industrial cleaning equipment (preferred but not essential).
