Key responsibilities

• Act as a key worker for assigned residents, keeping care plans accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Deliver personal care with dignity and respect, supporting independence wherever possible.
• Assist new team members and provide constructive feedback.
• Occasionally support residents living within the care home.

Required profile

• Availability for weekend shifts to receive the 10% premium uplift.
