Bank Dual Registered Adult and Paediatric Nurse

About the role

Cleveland Clinic London is seeking Dual‑Registered Adult & Paediatric Nurses to join its Bank team. Working within a multidisciplinary environment, you will deliver safe, effective and compassionate care to adult patients as well as young adults (aged 16‑17). The role involves assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating individualized patient care in line with CCL policies and professional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients following CCL policies, procedures and protocols.
• Monitor, record and communicate patient condition, recognising deterioration and escalating promptly.
• Administer medication safely and manage emergency situations as required.
• Advocate for patients, respecting their beliefs and customs while ensuring a patient‑oriented approach.
• Maintain high standards of care and courteous reception for patients and visitors.
• Report and escalate any incidents immediately to senior staff.

Required profile

• Current NMC registration as a Registered Adult Nurse (RN Adult).
• Current NMC registration as a Registered Children’s Nurse (RN Child).
• Nursing Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Significant post‑registration experience in an acute hospital setting.
• Demonstrable ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
