About the role
This casual, part‑time position offers flexible working within a Barchester care home. As a Bank Housekeeping Assistant you will help create a warm, homely environment while keeping the home clean and safe for residents, visitors and staff.
Key responsibilities
- Perform a variety of housekeeping and cleaning tasks throughout the care home.
- Maintain a clean, tidy and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
- Provide cover for staff absences such as annual leave or sick leave, with hours and days varying as needed.
Required profile
- A caring nature and personable approach.
- Reliable with strong attention to detail.
- Good practical skills for cleaning and housekeeping duties.
