About the role
We are looking for a reliable Bank Housekeeping Assistant to work flexibly across our care home in Clotton. In this casual, part‑time role you will help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for residents, visitors and staff.
Key responsibilities
- Perform a variety of cleaning and housekeeping tasks throughout the care home, including bedrooms, bathrooms, communal areas and kitchens.
- Ensure all areas meet health and safety standards and are tidy for residents’ comfort.
- Support the regular housekeeping team by covering annual leave, sick leave or unexpected absences.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to senior staff promptly.
Required profile
- A caring, personable nature with a genuine desire to help others.
- Reliability and flexibility to work varied shifts as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and practical cleaning skills.
