About the role
This casual, part‑time bank position offers flexible working in a Barchester care home. As a Bank Housekeeping Assistant you will help create a warm, homely environment and keep the home clean and safe for residents, visitors and staff.
Key responsibilities
- Perform a variety of housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a tidy and welcoming environment.
- Clean rooms, bathrooms and communal areas to high standards.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
- Provide cover for regular staff during annual leave, sick leave or other absences.
- Follow infection‑control and health‑and‑safety procedures.

- Reliable with strong attention to detail.
- Good practical skills and willingness to learn.
