About the role
This casual, part‑time Bank Kitchen Assistant role supports a Barchester care home in North London. You will help deliver nutritious, high‑quality meals that enhance residents' wellbeing and overall hospitality experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide cover for planned or unplanned staff absences in the kitchen.
- Prepare and cook meals according to dietary and safety standards.
- Assist with setting up and maintaining a clean, organised kitchen environment.
- Support the dining experience by ensuring meals are served promptly and presented well.
Required profile
- Reliable, considerate and caring attitude.
- Flexible availability to work varied days and hours.
- Experience in a commercial or care‑home kitchen is useful but not mandatory.
