About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our well‑established bank at Sheppey Community Hospital. The role offers flexible, shift‑based work across inpatient rehabilitation wards or patients' homes throughout North Kent.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to holistic assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of patient care.
• Implement, monitor and maintain high standards of care at all times.
• Provide compassionate care to patients and families, respecting confidentiality and dignity.
• Share best practice and actively participate in service improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Registered with the NMC (first‑level registration).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence with access to a car for work purposes.
• Confidence using IT systems and working independently with technology.
