About the role

Join Hallmark Care Homes as a Bank Registered General Nurse, delivering high‑quality clinical care to residents in a supportive, family‑focused environment. You will use your nursing expertise to enhance relationship‑centred and dementia care across the home.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Clinical Care Manager to oversee continuous assessment, planning and evaluation of resident care.
• Lead the clinical team, aligning daily practice with Hallmark’s vision and standards.
• Audit and update care plans to ensure they meet individual resident needs.
• Maintain clear communication with residents, families and multidisciplinary team members.

Required profile

• Qualified RN/RGN/RMN with proven experience in relationship‑centred care.
• Demonstrated knowledge of dementia care and a passion for improving resident wellbeing.
• Ethical professional who adheres to Hallmark’s Charter and values.
