Bank Registered Nurse – Adult (Staff Bank)

About the role

We are seeking reliable, experienced registered nurses to join our Staff Bank Service. You will provide supplementary staffing to cover short‑falls across acute and primary care services, working on an as‑and‑when‑required basis with flexible shift patterns.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality, person‑centred nursing care in a variety of clinical settings.
• Provide temporary staffing support to acute, primary, community and specialist services.
• Adapt to different shift patterns and work schedules as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.

Required profile

• Motivated, enthusiastic and forward‑thinking registered nurse.
• Demonstrated clinical competence and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to varied clinical environments.
